Dr. Michael Hafran is a board-certified physician in family medicine and has been practicing for more than 20 years. As a physician and digital health expert. Dr. Hafran has played an instrumental role in the development of policies, protocols, and procedural algorithms ensuring delivery of highest quality patient-centric care. Dr. Hafran completed his medical training at the Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center and served as a physician and officer in the US Air Force, completing tours in both Europe and Asia.

Dr. Jaye Noel was previously the Director of Endocrinology for Johns Hopkins Medicine at Sibley Memorial Hospital, and former Chief of Endocrinology for Kaiser Permanente. Dr. Noel has training from Thomas Jefferson Medical College; Washington Hospital Center at Georgetown University, where she served as Chief of Residents; and from the University of Chicago, where she completed a fellowship. While in clinical practice, Dr. Noel was consistently voted a top doctor and achieved high quality and patient satisfaction scores. She has been devoted to delivering excellent diabetes patient care for more than 15 years, and is passionate about helping patients continuously improve their health and quality of life through innovative technologies and equitable care.

Jeff Nadel has always believed in the idea of proactive, rather than reactive, healthcare. Watching friends and family struggle with health issues that could have been avoided, he committed to making everyday care more accessible. A serial entrepreneur who has founded multiple technology companies, including Klink, Sparkpoint Media, and Beverage Advisory Group, Jeff has devoted his energies to healthcare innovation in the pursuit of delivering to all patients the kind of care he wants his own parents and grandparents to receive.

Craig Bolz is passionate about using technology to solve problems, and he believes that addressing gaps in care for patients with chronic conditions is among the most important problems in healthcare. Craig founded Assure Health to give patients across the country, and at different stages of the care continuum, better access to better healthcare. Craig is a successful serial entrepreneur who has founded multiple technology companies, including Klink, Sparkpoint Media, and Beverage Advisory Group.

Jason Casten brings over 25 years of experience in leadership roles driving growth in the healthcare technology sector. Prior to joining Assure Health, Jason served as the interim CFO for tech-enabled platforms Papa and GeniusRx, and served as CFO for MDLIVE, a leading telehealth provider acquired by Cigna in 2021. Throughout his career, he has served a variety of operational and financial roles, executed dozens of acquisitions, and raised hundreds of millions of dollars of growth capital.

Olivia Bullock (PhD, Ohio State University) is the Vice President of Communication at Assure Health and an Assistant Professor of Communication at George Washington University. She is a dedicated researcher and practitioner whose work focuses on communicating complex health information to underserved patient populations. As a researcher, Olivia’s work has been published in some of her field’s top academic journals, and her articles have been cited hundreds of times. As a practitioner, she was most recently a message design strategist on the Department of Health and Human Services’ nationwide “We Can Do This” COVID-19 vaccine campaign.

Dr. Jennifer Frangos is a board-certified physician in family practice and has over 16 years of healthcare experience. Dr. Frangos is an expert in telemedicine and virtual care. She is also passionate about ensuring that patients across the country have access to quality healthcare, and has achieved medical licensure in all 50 states. Dr. Frangos is a graduate of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident.

Mike Kruckenberg is a passionate technology leader who finds immense joy working with stakeholders and engineers to build solutions to real-world problems. Mike’s career has been dedicated to working at startups and with early-stage teams. Prior to joining Assure Health, Mike was the Vice President of Software Development at Ambra Health, which was acquired by Intelerad. Mike was also previously the Head of Engineering at Trustate. Mike is an expert in leading engineers to build high-quality technical solutions for healthcare applications.

Brian is a certified chartered accountant with expertise in health technology, software and management consulting, and professional services. Brian is a specialist at building a lean finance function that uses the tech stack to scale with the company. Before joining Assure Health, Brian spent five years at KPMG and ten additional years in corporate in diverse industries spanning 10 countries. Having held senior roles as the SVP for Finance and SVP for Sales & Marketing, Brian has a rounded view of what it takes to run a complex operation.

Brett Pollan has more than ten years of experience rapidly implementing efficiencies in healthcare companies. Prior to joining Assure Health, Mr. Pollan was the Director of Operations for Curavi Health and TripleCare, which was acquired by Curavi. Previously, Mr. Pollan was also a Senior Project Manager for MDLIVE. Brett is passionate about operating at the intersection of healthcare, technology and innovation.

Tiffany Wright, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a nurse practitioner who has dedicated her professional career to healthcare. Tiffany holds degrees in medicine and nursing from Vanderbilt University, Mississippi College, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Before joining Assure, Tiffany worked as a nurse in neonatal intensive care and in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. Tiffany is an expert in delivering evidence-based practice through technology to bring the best possible care to as many patients as possible.
